Susan’s practice is focused on the preparation and prosecution of software, user interface, and mechanical patents. Susan has written and prosecuted patents for clients such as Apple, Data Domain, Conceptus, and Interdigital. She also has technical industry experience in software engineering and technical writing, and additional legal experience in patent litigation and FCPA investigations.
Susan is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
